As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with a link to DHL tracking.
We ship to Germany and Austria.
LES VISIONNAIRES ships all parcels with DHL GoGreen. A "GoGreen Climate Neutral" shipment is like any other shipment—except that it supports a climate protection project to offset the costs, thus neutralizing CO2 emissions.
Returns & Refunds
You can simply return your ordered goods to us within 14 days of receipt. Returns are free of charge. Use the enclosed return label.
If you can't find one in the package or have misplaced the label, just contact us at hello@les-visionnaires.com.
Attach the return label clearly to your return and drop off the package at a local post office. The original box is not required for returns. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the invoiced amount within 10 business days. The amount will be refunded using the original payment method.
